Wellbeing

With statistics all showing that personal well-being has been negatively impacted in recent years — whether through loneliness, isolation, health or mental health reasons — it is all the more essential that we invest in the communal sphere.

As a church we strongly believe that the love of Christ is the single most powerful healing force and unifier in existence. Moreover as Christians we believe it is our duty to share the love that we ourselves have received in the service of others.

Regardless of who you are, or what circumstances you find yourself in, Well-being is our open door and response to this social crisis.

Midweek

Wellbeing Cafe

Running weekly, 7.30—9pm on Wednesday evenings. Free entry.

Wellbeing Cafe is a safe, shared space, where you can find a warm welcome, peace and connection.

As a drop-in group for adults (18-plus) we offer those needing support with their emotional and mental well-being, and to help folk who may be feeling socially isolated.

With a come-as-you-are approach, we aim for a relaxed and light-touch approach, so no one feels forced beyond their comfort zone.

Wellbeing Cafe is run in partnership with Renew Wellbeing (Registered Charity Number 1173963).
