The Church's tradition of exporting the Word of God across cultural and geographic boundaries has its roots in Christ's Great Commission.

Grace Church Caversham has long supported the important work of missionaries throughout the globe.

Working with Operation Mobilisation, Paul, Sun-Hee and David are utilising social media, and discipling leaders, to help build up the local church and spread the gospel in this ancient and beautiful country.

In recent years, they have seen particular favour with displaced Syrians, who have fled their home country and settled in Turkey.

Grace church is represented at a monthly prayer meeting run by Commission, the apostolic network of churches we belong to.

With Evangelical Christians just 1% of the population in heavily Catholic Italy, there are significant issues to pray for and support — especially due to increasing migration from Africa, Latin America and East Asia.

A recent prophetic word for the country, “Decapolis” is based on concentrating on sharing the Gospel and church planting in 10 key cities across the country.

Matt and Sveta, along with their 4 children, are serving with People International in London. 

Focusing on building relations with 
Russian-speaking Central Asians working in the city, their main prayer concern at present is for God to give them the wisdom to more effectively share the gospel with their contacts.

With a mental health epidemic on the rise among young people today, Soulscape is a local charity working in partnership with Berkshire schools to give young people the space they need.

Launchpad is Reading’s leading homelessness prevention charity. Starting life as a soup kitchen in 1979 by students at the University of Reading, Launchpad now provides a holistic service for anyone in Reading who is at risk of becoming homeless, or has become homeless.
