We believe that Jesus Christ was the Messiah foretold: the only begotten son of God.
In Christ crucificied and resurrected, God the Father provided the only payment for our sins necessary, and through faith in him and his name alone, we find forgiveness before God — culminating in the gift of eternal life.
Introduction
"If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved" (Romans 10:9).
Christianity at its heart is breathtakingly simple. From the richest and most powerful ruler in the world, to the most downtrodden, impoverished and simple soul, the God of the Bible offers all of us, without exception, the same imperishable prize: peace, forgiveness, and an eternity with our creator in paradise.
In contrast to man-made systems and philosophies where only hard graft, works and inherited priveleges can lead to the ultimate reward, the Christian tradition turns such conventional wisdom on its head; requiring only the wisdom that even a small child could understand, while the self-righteous of the world scorn it.
But why should any god (should such a being even exist) bother with any of this? Do we not — as many believe today — simply cease to be when we die? The biblical answer to this mystery lies in a concept unique to Christianity amongst world religions, and it's a little word with a great signifiance:
Grace.
Amazing Grace
There is nothing more fundamental to the Christian faith than the message that God loves us, his creation, come what may.
And this is what grace means: God’s gratuitous acceptance of each one of us — despite our past. And it is this revelation of his love that motivates us to fulfil what Jesus described as the first and greatest commandment of all: to love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul and mind. (Matthew 22:36-38)
The Bible informs us that Christians were originally called “people of the way” — people who followed the example of Jesus in making true love and obedience a way of life. They took seriously the second greatest commandment from verse 39 of the same passage, to: “Love your neighbour as yourself.”
God’s love for us is our motivation to love our neighbours. In fact, the heart and soul of all true religion is this; to love and be loved. The Apostle John writes what must be one of the most inclusive statements in scripture: "Those who live in love live in God, and God lives in them” (1 John 4:16).

Our Mission
Being the source of all love, we believe that it is in our relationship with God that we ultimately find the power to love others.
Following in the footsteps of Jesus, we believe that God has called his Church to be a picture of what His new family looks like, as an example to the world.
We are also called to love the places and people where God gives us influence: our home, a street, a workplace, a school or even another nation. God will provide the calling for our lives.
Our Values
Give respect, be ready to learn, and to live with gratitude.
Be welcoming, be sacrificial, and serve with excellence.
Demonstrate kindness, patience and forgiveness to all.
Demonstrate truth, integrity and purity before all.
Be strong, purposeful and emboldened in Christ.
With your identity secure in Christ, be peacemakers and keep the unity of the holy family.
